Service Overview
UTEX Remote Assistance and Web Conferencing allow our Support Engineers to assist you during live, interactive web conferencing (meeting) session using screen sharing and remote control tools. This service utilizes IBM Lotus Sametime web conferencing tools and is provided on a per incident or extended basis.

In order to be able to participate in the web meeting session you need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Make sure that the system on which the web meeting is to run can access the Internet.

  2. Prepare the system participating in a web meeting by making sure it has all the required software components
  3. Once your system has been prepared, obtain a meeting name and a password from one of our Support Engineers and use the meeting locator dialog below to locate and access your web meeting session.
